Day to day life can be very stressful and everyone deserves a break. What better way than to be pampered in your own home. You never even have to put your shoes on, I will bring everything to you! You just set up the appointment and I will do the rest! EACH and EVERY massage is tailored to address your specific needs. Massage is meant to be just as therapeutic as it is relaxing. The Massage page will give you a basic description of different protocols and what muscles/areas they target. Please remember that most massages are integrated so the client receives attention in the appropriate areas to help facilitate your body in healing itself. The massage you get today may not be the same massage you get in two weeks. My goal is to help your body help itself.

I received my training at Body, Mind & Spirit Learning Alliance in Toms River, NJ and I am a member of Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals. I am continuously learning and exploring various modalities to find my niche in the world of massage and to offer my clients a broader range of services.
